Kix is a cereal made from corn puffs. The cereal is composed only of small corn puff spheres. The recipe was copied three times since its creation: for Trix in 1955, Cocoa Puffs in 1956, and for Reese's Puffs in 1994. Some variants, such as Honey Kix and Berry Berry Kix, have been created. They are popular with diabetics along with Cheerios. But in my opinion, if I were a diabetic, I would've picked Kix over Cheerios any day.
